Welcome to Loop Recruit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loop Recruit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Loop Recruit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 1234567890), registered office: 123 Main St, Anytown, UK (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account, posting a job, or applying for a job through Loop Recruit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create a candidate account.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Employers must be legally entitled to employ workers in the UK (as a limited company, sole trader, or partnership).
  • By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

The Service

Loop Recruit provides a digital platform that:

  • Allows employers to post job opportunities.
  • Allows candidates to search and apply for jobs.
  • Provides a matching tool based on availability, pay, flexibility, location, and sociability preferences.

We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or employment business. All employment contracts are strictly between the employer and candidate.

Accounts

  • You must keep your account login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the Service, or breach these Terms.

Payments and Fees

Employers may be charged to use the Service either by subscription (monthly recurring fee) or pay-per-post (per job listing).

  • Pricing is displayed within the Service and may vary by employer size.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers must carry out all legally required right-to-work checks and comply with UK employment law.
  • Employers must not post misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful job advertisements.
  • Employers must maintain valid Employer's Liability Insurance when required by law.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates must ensure all personal and employment information is accurate.
  • Candidates must not provide fraudulent documents or misrepresent their skills or availability.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Post unlawful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
  • Solicit, spam, or harass other users.
  • Attempt to access or misuse data without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by Loop Recruit Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranty.
  • We do not guarantee successful hiring, candidate quality, or job outcomes.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
